CTC: ₹6.5 LPA (including 10% variable pay)
About the Client:
Our client operates in the FMCG and dairy space with a growing presence in institutional and HoReCa channels. The organization focuses on building long-term trade relationships, structured sales processes, and consistent market expansion across urban food service segments.
Role Overview:
The Sales Executive – HoReCa will be responsible for developing and expanding the HoReCa channel by acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth across hotels, cafés, and restaurants. The role is target-driven and requires strong on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Channel Development:
• Drive sales activities across HoReCa segments for dairy and FMCG products
• Identify, engage, and onboard new HoReCa clients
• Strengthen relationships with existing trade accounts
Account & Receivables Management:
• Monitor trade receivables and proactively manage A/R ageing
• Ensure timely collections and account hygiene
Market & Strategy Support:
• Analyze market trends and customer needs
• Support implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans
• Maintain strong product and service knowledge
Reporting & Performance:
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Submit weekly reports on sales activities and performance
Requirements:
• Any Graduate; MBA preferred
• 2–4 years of HoReCa sales experience in Bengaluru
• Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
• Process-oriented, disciplined, and result-driven approach
