Role Overview:
The Sales Champion will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing clients for workplace culture transformation and DEI solutions. The role requires strong communication, high ownership, and consistent execution discipline across the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue prospective clients through outbound, referrals, and networking
• Set up meetings, understand needs, and pitch solutions aligned to client outcomes
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Maintain pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, and activity reporting
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth proposal, documentation, and handover
• Build long-term client relationships and enable repeat/expanded engagements

Preferred Skills:
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and structured sales process
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to learn consulting solutions and sell value, not just price
