Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Manager to drive Life, Health, and Motor Insurance sales, build strong client relationships, and achieve business targets through effective communication and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire new customers for life insurance and general insurance products.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Conduct regular follow-ups for policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and post-sales service.

Stay updated on product offerings, competitor activities, and market trends.

Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Candidate Requirements

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.

2–4 years of experience in life / motor / health insurance sales, bancassurance, or agency channels.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
