Role Overview:
Project Implementors will drive cluster-level operations including school partnerships, donor engagement, mentor readiness, reporting, and CRM discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute operations in the allotted zones/clusters
• Initiate tie-ups with Government/Government-aided/Trust-run schools
• Identify and engage corporate and individual donor base
• Plan and facilitate periodic Train-the-Mentor sessions
• Provide daily/regular updates to HO team on progress and challenges
• Support content development and project coordination needs
• Manage school relationships with teachers and HMs
• Maintain CRM data updates with high accuracy
