Role Overview:
The Manager – Operations will own end-to-end execution across locations, ensuring program rollout, stakeholder engagement, team management, and governance of data and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute outreach interventions; build volunteer teams per location
• Hire/handle Project Implementors; manage day-to-day operations across locations
• Build institutional/corporate relationships for interns/volunteers/infrastructure support
• Manage program calendars across schools; ensure delivery quality through audits/visits
• Manage grievances among stakeholders and ensure resolutions
• Drive high-accuracy CRM updates and leadership reporting/insights
• Collect impact data, manage asset inventory, and coordinate distributions
• Liaison with Government Authorities/Directorate for permissions and approvals
