Role Overview:
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end finance operations including budgeting, reporting, donor compliance, statutory compliance, audits, internal controls, and financial insights for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare/review budgets and monitor fund utilisation
• Maintain accurate books and accounting records; produce financial MIS
• Donor reporting, grant tracking, utilisation statements and audit documentation
• Statutory compliance: GST/TDS/IT/FCRA/CSR and other applicable filings
• Coordinate with statutory/legal auditors and ensure timely closure of audits
• Strengthen internal controls and policies; manage cash flows and risk mitigation
• Partner with program/operations teams for planning, expense management and insights
