Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated Maintenance & Safety Executive to handle maintenance operations and ensure workplace safety compliance. The candidate should be dependable, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs
• Diagnose faults and ensure timely resolution
• Procure required components, fixtures, and fittings
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Investigate workplace accidents and implement corrective actions
• Enforce safe work practices and identify unsafe conditions
• Conduct safety training and orientation for employees
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of PPE
• Maintain records and documentation related to maintenance and safety

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good verbal and written communication skills
