Job Description

Job Title: Lead Talent Acquisition - Data Center Solutions

Client: A global leader in sustainable and innovative data center solutions (via Stellar Talent HR Consultancy) Location: Mumbai (Only candidates currently working in Mumbai will be considered)

Salary: ₹20 - 30 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for greenfield projects
  • Handle hiring at all levels from workmen to executives domestic and overseas
  • Build and lead a team of recruiters to deliver hiring mandates.
  • Ensure recruitment delivery within defined TATs.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong focus needs to be on TA processes automation, data driven analysis, market mapping, head hunting experience required
  • Should have worked on Niche skill hiring
  • Should have had pure TA background, not a mix of other HR roles
  • Proven ability in large-scale hiring and team management.
  • Strong operational discipline and TAT-driven execution.
  • Candidates who have handled TA Data center operations would be highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in international recruitment and overseas hiring strategies
  • Adept at managing and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple nationalities
  • Strong capabilities in stakeholder relationship management
  • Proficient in Power BI and Talent Acquisition dashboards for data-driven insights, reporting, and predictive analysis
  • Proven instances of Coaching and developing the team
  • Proven track record of Leveraging analytics and insights for TA
  • Should have worked on Enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Profecient in defining ways to Strengthen employer branding
  • Should have managed vendors effectively (Platforms and agencies)
