Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic the Key Account Manager within the packaging manufacturing sector. This role demands a proactive and client-focused professional who excels in managing and nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate should be adept at aligning client needs with the companys product offerings to foster trust and profitability.
Role & responsibilities

Identifying customer needs and aligning them with the company's portfolio of products.

Develop a detailed understanding of the customers organization, business model, and procurement processes.

Identify new requirements from existing customers and communicate them to the business development team for further action.

Consistently monitor key performance metrics, including on- time delivery, order pipeline, and payment collection. Address any deviations promptly with precise reporting to ensure accountability and maintain performance standards.

Conduct structured, periodic review sessions with clients to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and alignment with customer strategy and priorities.
Preferred candidate profile -
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field;

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Key Account Manager or equivalent role within the manufacturing or any industry.
