Role Overview:
The Security Lead (Data Center) will be responsible for securing mission-critical IT and OT environments by leading security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and SecDevOps initiatives. The role operates within a 24×7 SOC environment and works closely with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to maintain high security standards across data center ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Operations & Incident Response:
• Lead and manage security incident response within a 24×7 SOC environment
• Coordinate identification, containment, and remediation of security incidents
• Manage operational security incidents across data center IT, cloud, and OT environments
• Develop, maintain, and enhance incident response playbooks and procedures
• Support security audits, compliance reviews, and assessments

SecDevOps & Vulnerability Management:
• Drive SecDevOps practices across infrastructure and application environments
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
• Lead vulnerability management activities including VAPT, OS patching, and system hardening
• Prioritize and track remediation of identified vulnerabilities

Security Tools & OT Security:
• Hands-on operation and management of firewalls and security platforms
• Use and manage HIDS, NIDS, IPS, scanners, and analyzers
• Perform root cause analysis of security incidents and threats
• Ensure robust security controls across OT environments in data centers and critical infrastructure

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Information Security / Cyber Security roles
• Mandatory certifications: CISSP / CCASM / CCSP
• Strong hands-on experience in SecDevOps implementation
• Mandatory OT Security experience in data center or critical infrastructure environments
• Hands-on expertise with firewalls and VAPT tools
• Experience with cloud security architecture and operations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
