They are one of the promoters for an  Indian  multinational conglomerate, a major player in pharma industry.
 

 Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT professional to manage and optimize our digital infrastructure, including Zoho One, Shopify, Corporate Website, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning IT systems with business goals, ensuring seamless operations across e-commerce, CRM, collaboration tools, and internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
 

    1. Zoho One Management

• Administer and customize Zoho One application (CRM, Books, Inventory, HR, Creator, Social, Desk, etc.)
• Automate workflows and integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools
• Coordinate with developers/designers for updates and continuous improvement
• Train staff and ensure adoption of Zoho tools across departments
• Monitor data integrity, backups, and user access controls

    2. Website & Shopify Management

• Oversee the company’s website and Shopify store performance, uptime, and security
• Coordinate with developers/designers for updates, SEO, and UX improvements
• Manage product listings, payment gateways, and third-party app integrations
• Analyze traffic and sales data to support marketing and sales teams

   3. Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage user accounts, licenses, and security policies in Microsoft 365
• Support Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive usage across the organization
• Implement data protection, compliance, and backup strategies

   4. IT Infrastructure & Support

• Provide technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network)
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely upgrades and renewals
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices and data protection policies are followed

5. Strategic IT Planning

• Collaborate with leadership to identify technology needs and improvements
• Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance productivity and customer experience
• Prepare IT budgets and vendor management

 

Desired Candidate Profile:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 6–7 years of experience in IT management, preferably in retail or e-commerce
• Hands-on experience with Zoho One, Shopify, and Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and integrations
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
