Stellar Talent HR Consultancy LLP is seeking a Freelance BD Executive (Recruitment Industry) to join our team. This is a fully remote role ideal for professionals with experience in business development in the recruitment industry.

Experience: 3 to 5 years in a recruitment agency (experience in an executive search firm is mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate
Compensation: Commission based
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with new clients across sectors

Pitch recruitment and executive search solutions to HR and TA leaders

Drive the complete client acquisition process, from lead generation to onboarding

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
