Job Overview:
We are hiring an Electrical Engineering Innovation Lead to spearhead R&D in electrical power systems, with a strong focus on software-defined power solutions, stranded power management, and cost-saving technology innovations.
Role & responsibilities
Lead research and development initiatives in electrical power systems and software-defined power solutions
Drive technology innovation to improve cost efficiency and system reliability
Collaborate with design and engineering teams for new developments, infrastructure upgrades, and rectifications
Conduct modeling, simulation, and data analysis using MATLAB and COMSOL
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance performance and reduce costs
Perform quarterly reviews of technologies and commercial outcomes to guide R&D strategies
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Masters / Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering preferred)
Experience: 10+ years in electrical engineering, design, and R&D
Mandatory: Hands-on expertise in MATLAB and COMSOL for simulations and modeling
Strong background in power systems design, construction, and commissioning
Exposure to data center environments preferred
