Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking a skilled DRO Milling Machine Operator to operate and maintain milling machines equipped with Digital Readout (DRO) systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience with manual milling operations, ability to read technical drawings, and a strong focus on precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate DRO milling machines to machine parts as per technical drawings.
• Set up workpieces, tools, and fixtures on the machine.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Measure and inspect parts using precision instruments (e.g., vernier, micrometer, height gauge).
• Adjust machine settings and offsets as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Report any machine issues or deviations to the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Experience operating manual milling machines with DRO systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of tooling and machining processes.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality standards.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering (preferred).
Pay: ₹25,000- ₹30,000 per month
