DESIGNATION: DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE – AsR DIVISION

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare and manage the monthly digital marketing calendar in coordination with branch teams.
• Conduct discovery calls, gather requirements, and translate them into clear, structured campaign briefs.
• Develop well-structured campaign roadmaps aligned with business and brand goals.
• Coordinate closely with creative agencies and performance marketing agencies

for timely campaign execution.

• Provide strategic and business inputs to agencies to ensure effective campaign output.
• Ensure timely feedback, alignment on deliverables, and high-quality execution.
• Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across:
  • Meta (FB/Instagram)
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • Amazon Ads (Sponsored s Display)
  • Performance Marketing (Lead Gen, Conversions, Traffic)
• Assist in media planning, budgeting, and allocation activities.
• Track and optimize key KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Engagement, Conversion Rate, etc.
• Deliver detailed monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Support content initiatives, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally with branch teams and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
