Job Title: credit & channel Finance operational Executive

A. Master Data s System Management
• Verify, update, and maintain Channel Finance (CF) master data for all banking
partners.
• Manage customer statuses including newly onboarded, active, inactive, frozen, and
unfrozen CF customers.
• Update CF masters accurately when customers are added or removed.
• Handle system reconciliations and respond to bank and corporate system queries.
B. Operational Processing s Documentation
• Prepare customer onboarding details using bank-specific templates for CF
onboarding and interest requests.
• Update old orders, payment terms, and Credit Control Approvals (CCA) after CF
additions or deletions.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and banking documentation
requirements.
C. Coordination s Stakeholder Management
• Conduct overdue follow-ups with branch teams and ensure timely collection
feedback.
• Communicate with banks, branch teams, and corporate stakeholders through
email and phone.
• Manage escalations across branches and customer touchpoints, resolving
independently or coordinating with HO as required.
D. Customer Lifecycle Management
• Support onboarding, renewal, and closure of Channel Finance customers.
• Manage NDC (No Dues Certificate) clearance and outstanding tracking.
• Handle customer transitions between banking partners smoothly and accurately.

E. Reporting s Analysis
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, analysis reports, and Year Book data as required by
Marketing HO.
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in all CF reports.
F. Customer Targeting s Conversion
• Identify and maintain a list of “No Credit” / Non-CF users.
• Support conversion initiatives by coordinating with branches and banks.
G. Communication s Training
• Circulate CF circulars, updates, and promotional posters to branches and
customers via WhatsApp and email.
• Promote and educate branch teams and customers on Channel Finance benefits,
process importance, and usage.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Strong understanding of Channel Finance operations and banking processes.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal C written).
• Ability to handle data accurately and manage multiple partners.
• Proactive, process-driven, and escalation-handling capability.
• Comfortable working with branches, banks, and corporate teams.
