Job Description

  • Responsible for building a strong network of referral partners within the assigned branch area
  • Enroll potential partners into a structured referral program
  • Generate qualified leads for home interior projects through partner network
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure continuous engagement
  • Travel locally (within ~30 km radius) for partner meetings and network expansion
  • Learn and support the sales process and develop understanding of the interiors industry
  • Maintain regular reporting of partner enrolment and lead generation activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard referral partners (Silver Envoys)
  • Generate daily leads through networking activities
  • Coordinate with branch and sales teams for lead follow-up
  • Maintain accurate reporting of activities and performance
  • Participate in training and showroom visits during initial phase

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: MBA / BBA / B.Com / B.Tech (Civil preferred)
  • Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in sales/marketing
