Role Overview:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving brand saliency, leading creative campaigns, and owning brand communication strategy across customer, partner, and internal touchpoints. This role works closely with field teams, sales, partners, and senior leadership to ensure consistent and impactful brand execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Communication Strategy:
• Drive overall brand saliency and visibility across channels
• Lead brand realignment initiatives in line with changing market dynamics
• Develop compelling brand stories and communication narratives

Campaigns & Creative Ownership:
• Take creative responsibility for customer and partner campaigns
• Lead customer and partner video initiatives
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness across all brand communications

Field & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work closely with field teams to understand ground-level requirements
• Conduct research and design communication plans aligned to field needs
• Establish a culture of proactive communication across the organization

Lead & Program Ownership:
• Own lead communication flow within the organization
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and action
• Stay updated on market trends related to prospect management and lead handling
• Implement best practices for lead communication and engagement

Requirements:
• 7–10 years of total experience with strong brand marketing exposure
• Experience in consumer-facing companies or leading advertising agencies preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Program management and execution capability
