Job Description

  • Study work orders, drawings, dispatch schedules, and logistics plans for project sites
  • Take site measurements and verify furnishing requirements
  • Mark electrical, plumbing, and gas points as per project needs
  • Assign and brief installation teams on project execution
  • Arrange subcontractors based on site requirements
  • Verify materials received from factory against work order and checklist
  • Track and update site progress to reporting managers
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely execution
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards
  • Coordinate with clients and provide regular updates on work progress
  • Handle part and final payment collections
  • Ensure smooth handover of completed sites and collect client feedback/reviews
