  1. Responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving user/client technical problems.
  2. Responsible for understanding customer requirements and preparing suitable technical solutions/presentations.
  3. Responsible for providing POC (Proof of Concept).
  4. Responsible for installation, configuration, and execution of work within specified time with the team.
  5. Responsible for adequate support of warranty / post-warranty calls.
  6. Responsible for follow-up of RMA issues with respective OEMs.
  7. Responsible for preparing all technical documents related to any tender & project/implementation.
  8. Responsible for periodic reporting and effective communication.
  9. Responsible for onsite technical support to customers across all locations.
