We are hiring for the position of Architect with 6–8 years of experience for a reputed organization based in Greater Noida.
📍 Location: Greater Noida
💰 Budget: Up to ₹12 LPA
🏗️ Industry: Architecture / Real Estate / Construction
🔹 Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 6–8 years of experience in architectural design & project execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods & materials
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred
• Good communication, client handling & project management skills
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Architectural planning, design development & detailed drawings
• Coordination with consultants, contractors & clients
• Site visits and project monitoring
• Preparation of presentations, 3D models & design proposals
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and quality standards
