Site Engineer (Res Job/ 20)

🔧 Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision:

   • Assist in daily site operations and ensure work is carried out as per project plans and standards.

   • Monitor construction and maintenance activities at the toll plaza site.

2. Coordination:

   • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers for smooth execution.

   • Report site progress, issues, and requirements to senior engineers or the project head.

3. Technical Assistance:

   • Support in installation, operation, and maintenance of toll systems (booths, sensors, cameras, barriers, etc.).

   • Learn and understand basic electrical and civil drawings related to toll infrastructure.

4. Quality & Safety Checks:

   • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures on site.

   • Maintain quality of materials and workmanship as per project specifications.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

   • Maintain daily work reports, material records, and progress logs.

   • Assist in preparing site documentation and reports for management review.

6. Splicing & Cabling Support (if applicable):

   • Learn and assist in fiber splicing, cabling, and testing activities related to toll systems.

7. Equipment Handling:

   • Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of toll equipment, UPS systems, and electrical panels.

   • Report any malfunction or damage immediately.

8. Vendor & Manpower Coordination:

   • Assist in managing on-site labor and vendors for assigned work tasks.

🎓 Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of civil/electrical/electronic engineering

• Understanding of AutoCAD and site layout drawings (preferred)

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly

• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, etc.)

📍 Suitable for:

• Diploma / B.Tech (Civil, Electrical, or Electronics)

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of site experience
