Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine preventive maintenance visits as per AMC schedule.
Perform detailed system health checks and generate service reports.
Diagnose and resolve technical faults in projection, display, audio, or control systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for part replacements or escalations.
Maintain AMC logbooks, call reports, and spare inventory records.
Provide on-site technical assistance and customer support.
Ensure service quality, system uptime, and client satisfaction.
Technical Expertise
Preventive & corrective maintenance of AV / IT systems
Installation Display, projector, and LED system servicing.
Audio DSP & amplifier calibration (Bose, ClearOne, Biamp)
Room control & scheduling systems (Crestron, Extron, Evoko)
Fault analysis and on-site troubleshooting
Documentation and reporting (service reports, call logs, AMC summaries).
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
Good client-handling and communication
Systematic approach to preventive maintenance
Coordination with project and OEM teams
Detail-oriented and reliable
