Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and field visits.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including industrial customers, contractors, and OEMs.

Product Presentation: Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations to explain genset products and solutions.

Negotiation & Sales Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing, manage sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Post-Sales Support: Coordinate with technical and service teams, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales tools.

Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results with minimal supervision.

Tools & Mobility: A two-wheeler and valid driving license are often required for field visits.
