• Any graduate with Proficiency in Advanced Excel
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.),
PowerBI, Chatgpt and other AI tools
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Job Duties
Customer Coordination
• Manage customer escalations related to billing and installations.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare critical reports for the West region.
• Maintain customer trackers and dashboards.
• Compile and analyze data for Business Managers (BMs), Sales Teams, and
other stakeholders.
Internal Coordination
• Liaise with Head Office (HO) for reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team for billing
processes.
• Collaborate with the ME Team for installation planning and execution.
