Job Description

Statutory Audit & Tax Audit and Compliances

  • Responsible for coordination with auditors.
  • Responsible for timely closure of audit without escalations.
  • Control over financial statements and XBRL Filing
  • Ensuring various compliances and filings as per Companies Act, relating to financial aspects.
 

Monthly & Quarterly closing & Reporting

  • Responsible for monthly/quarterly closing with complete GL analysis.
  • Responsible for coordinating with other functional areas to meet the reporting timelines.
  • Balance Sheet preparation as per IND AS & Current Accounting Standards.
  • Ensuring differential accounting entries as per different GAAPs (IFRS/USGAAP/IndAS)



 

Revenue Accounting

  • Maintaining accurate lease accounting with verification of lease agreement. 
  • Responsible for reporting of Monthly Lease revenue.
  • Accounting of AMC revenue, service revenue and accruals
 

Fixed Asset management and control

  • Supervision for maintenance of Fixed asset records, accounting including depreciation accounting.
  • Maintaining fixed asset controls including physical verifications and other reconciliations.
 

Account Receivable control

  • Reconciliation of GL to Sub- ledger and related controls
  • Provision of doubtful debt.

 

Communication

  • Excellent communication and articulation skills required.
  • Ability to seek information & insights to develop a clear understanding of the situation
  • Should be structured in own thoughts & navigates through situation & people to address their respective concerns & create the right influence.
 

Team Dynamics

  • Should be able to understand external & internal dynamics for running of operations.
  • Ability to enhance efficiencies in the operation by improvising & understanding differentiating attributes of people & processes.
