Equipment Knowledge (Must):

• Network Topology & Configuration

• Hardware Server Linux Based

• Operating System Windows / Linux, etc

• Management router concept

• Computer / Server / Switch / Hub, etc

• Internet & Intranet Network

• Router / Mikrotik / Firewall

• License Antivirus

JD:

• Carry out gemba to the production area according to the schedule

• Repair existing hardware / network / software

• Installing / setting / configuring devices / hardware

• Perform filterization of internet access users

• Perform Preventive maintenance Server / PC Client

• Perform database and software backups according to the backup schedule

• Technology improvement

• Do the job quickly and precisely

• Coordination with the team regarding hardware and infrastructure issues in the field

• Inform if there is hardware, devices that need to be replaced/repaired
