JOB DESCRIPTION-AGM/DGM/GM Finance & Accounts
As an AGM/DGM Finance & Accounts & Tresury Operations - Responsible for managing the
company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning and
reporting, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insights to support strategic
decision-making.
Take care of Statutory Audit & Internal Audit.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Reporting:
* Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
* Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
* Present financial data and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Accounting and Auditing:
* Oversee and manage the accounting function, ensuring compliance with accounting
standards (e.g., Ind AS, GAAP).
* Manage and coordinate internal and external audits.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Taxation:
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and obligations.
* Prepare and file tax returns.
Finance:
* Dealing with Banks & Credit Rating Agencies.
* Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity.
* Prepare cash flow forecasts.
Team Management:
* Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.
* Provide guidance, training, and development to team members.
Other Responsibilities:
* Liaise with banks, auditors, and other external parties.
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
