Job Description
Provide hands-on technical guidance in architecture, design, and development using ASP.NET Core, MVC, React, SQL Server, JavaScript and Azure.
Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, clean architecture, and design patterns in application development.
Design and implement secure APIs with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and token-based authentication.
Project & Task Management
Prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth delivery.
Team Leadership
Lead and coordinate a small team to deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope.
Actively participate in all agile ceremonies to ensure agile best practices are followed.
Monitor team performance, mentor junior developers, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
What will make you successful:
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC.
- Proven expertise in building robust backend systems with SQL Server.
- Strong front-end development experience with React, JavaScript and enterprise UI libraries (Fluent UI, Material UI).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure ( Azure Functions, Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD).
- Solid experience in designing and securing APIs (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT).
- Applied architectural best practices such as SOLID, clean architecture, domain-driven design (DDD), and microservices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in technical and delivery challenges.
- Commitment to code quality, performance optimization, and secure development practices.
- Passion for continuous learning and adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and engineering best practices.
- Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews to maintain a high-performance engineering culture.
