CAD Designer (Res Job/ 1)

• Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and designs using AutoCAD software.

• Assist in preparing technical drawings for architectural, structural, or MEP projects.

• Modify and update existing CAD drawings as per client or project requirements.

• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project specifications.

• Maintain drawing files, records, and documentation in an organized manner.

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of drawings.

• Coordinate with the team to resolve design conflicts or discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Architecture/Relevant field.

• 1 year of hands-on experience working with AutoCAD (2D/3D).

• Good knowledge of drafting standards and practices.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering/architectural drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience with software like Revit, SketchUp, or SolidWorks.

• Knowledge of site measurement and drawing preparation.

• Understanding of industry standards (e.g., IS codes).
