AI Developer (Res Job/ 15)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
• Work with large, complex datasets to extract insights and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI techniques such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Optimize models for scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring continuous improvement and reliability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java (Python preferred).
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks .
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
