Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of product management, business systems analysis, or related experience, particularly within finance tech.
Strong understanding of core finance processes such as Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Reporting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Workday) and financial system integrations.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
