Minimum Experience Required :
Minimum Experience of 2 years in Food Industry (Dry & Frozen Products)
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree or related courses of warehouse management.
Must Knowledge : MS Word, MS Excel, Email Drafting and Good English Communication.

Salary : Net 550/- USD.
Period of Employment : 2 years
Probation Period : 6 months
Place of Employment : Republic of Seychelles

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dry and frozen stores/warehouse.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials (raw, dry, and frozen).
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software.
- Ensure proper cold-chain handling, temperature checks, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams for timely stock movement.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to reduce wastage.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and prepare MIS reports.
- Oversee loading/unloading, storage, and packaging activities safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Must have experience in Food Industry with both dry & frozen material handling.
- Knowledge of store procedures, documentation, and cold-storage compliance.
- Familiar with inventory software (ERP/SAP/Tally).
- Strong communication, record-keeping, and team-coordination skills.
