SME with Expert Knowledge in SAP SD/OTC functionalities across all Order to Cash areas, including Billing, Collections, Revenue, and Contract Management.
10+ years of experience as a Senior SAP SD Business Analyst, leading SAP ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA projects.
Additional experience in OTC functional areas such as Collections, Revenue, and Project Systems (PS) is a plus.
Proven hands-on experience in SAP project implementation and support activities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical teams and business users at all levels, including executives.
Self-motivated with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
Exposure or experience working in the SaaS industry is advantageous.
Expertise in Contract Management, Billing Plans, Billing, and Collections processes.
