Job Description

 Manage all the digital media platforms, online customers and data to ensure that they are always updated and follow the corporate identity/brand.

 Graphic Designing: o Conceptualization and Design: Developing visual concepts and layouts for a wide range of projects, including logos, websites, marketing materials, and more. o Software Proficiency: Utilizing design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. o Brand Alignment: Ensuring that all design work aligns with brand guidelines, visual identity, and overall messaging. o Problem-Solving: Applying creative solutions to complex design challenges and effectively communicating ideas through visuals. o Project Management: Managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively. o Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.

 Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, display advertising, etc.).

 Successful and timely execution of all digital marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

 Content Development: Coordinate with content teams to create engaging content optimized for digital platforms (websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media).

 SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and enhance organic reach.

 Social Media Marketing: Develop strategies and oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).  Email Marketing: Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns and automation workflows, monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.


 Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM platforms. Provide actionable insights to refine strategies.

 Website Management: Maintain and update company websites and landing pages, ensuring optimal user experience and alignment with campaigns.

 Lead Generation: Design digital strategies to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

 Marketing Automation: Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) for campaign management and lead nurturing.

 Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Content, Design, IT) and external vendors/agencies to coordinate campaigns.

 Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.

 Define and maintain brand guidelines (logo, typography, color schemes, tone of voice).

 Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

 Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that support business growth.

 Collaborate with teams to align branding with business goals.

 Create high-quality visuals (social media graphics, banners, infographics, logos, brochures, ads and website assets).

 Design engaging presentations, product packaging, and promotional materials.  Edit and retouch photos/videos for brand campaigns.

 Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar.  Marketing Tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 Assisting customer calls and replying to WhatsApp enquiries.


Skills and Qualifications:

 Creativity and Visual Communication: Strong ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs as well as through knowledge on Digital Platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.,)

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software and a good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

 Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.

 Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze design challenges and develop creative solutions.

 Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
