➢ Registration set up
➢ Setting up of registration pulse in control panel
➢ Loading and unloading of cylinders
➢ Auto and manual mode of operation ➢ Knowledge on *shade matching ➢ Knowledge on usage of different *types of inks in gravure process ➢ Knowledge on usage of different *types of solvents and its function
➢ Knowledge on resolving print related issues on machine like lines, scum and mottling etc…
➢ Knowledge on cylinders ➢ Knowledge on different *types of materials used in printing
➢ Machine parameters for different types of materials used
➢ Usage of drier hood and chill rollers in printing
➢ Dyne level required for different types of materials
