Zuken Admin (RARR Job 5660)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zuken E3/DSE3 Tool Administrator to serve as the subject matter expert and primary owner of the Zuken E3 and DSE3 software stack.

• Serve as the subject matter expert and tool owner for Zuken E3 and DSE3 software stack
• Administer Zuken E3 and related tools including installation configuration and maintenance 
• Provide helpdesk support to end users for E3 and DSE3
• Develop and document technical processes and procedures for E3 usage
• Interface with Zuken or third-party vendors to resolve bugs apply fixes and manage enhancement priorities
• Candidate must have good communication skills and should be expertise in his area of working
• Selected resource must be ready to work in second shift
