Veeva Vault CRM Consultant (RARR Job 5448)

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault Consultant with deep expertise across multiple Vault applications, including: The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Vault configuration, integration, validation, and migration, with a strong understanding of Life Sciences business processes and regulatory compliance.

• Should have experience in Veeva Vault CRM
• Should experience of ITIL process and L2,L3 support
• Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease and complexity
• Identifying and resolving technical issues related to applications
• Collaborating Working with cross functional teams to solve problems
• Supporting users Providing support to end users and addressing their concerns
• Keeping up with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Analyzing Performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures
• Auditing Conducting regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security
