Test Automation Engineer (RARR Job 5775)

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in both automated and manual testing. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Java, experience with QF-Test and Selenium frameworks, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Must-Have Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
• Strong knowledge of Java basics for automation scripting.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with QF-Test tool and Selenium automation framework.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience working with XML, HTML, CSS, JSON.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases, prepare test scripts, and generate required test data.
• Identify, document, and track test scenarios, defects, and risks proactively.
• Analyze test outcomes and communicate issues, risks, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate actively in requirements, design, and specification reviews to ensure proper test coverage and planning.
• Identify and support the automation of repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and consistency in testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Automotive Diagnostics Systems.
