Technical Migration Architect - Core Banking Program (RARR Job 6380)

Short Job Description

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE (14.x) development, implementation, and production support.

• Strong experience in Core Banking implementation, migration to FLEXCUBE, and Core Banking Transformation projects.

• Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Senior Product Developer in the Core Banking domain.

• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, with knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, Batch Processing, and system integrations.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, solution design, application architecture, and production support.

• Experience managing application support, change requests, UAT, performance/security testing, and production deployments.

• Knowledge of Core Banking modules including General Ledger, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, and other banking channels.

• Experience leading onsite/offshore teams, stakeholder management, issue resolution, and SLA delivery.

• Familiarity with Unix/Linux/AIX environments is an added advantage.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
