Job Title: Recruitment Manager – IT Services

Location: Work From Office
Reporting To: Head of HR / Delivery Head / Business Head

Role Overview

The Recruitment Manager will drive end-to-end hiring for diverse IT skillsets, lead the recruitment team, manage business stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality talent delivery for project-based and scale-up requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own complete recruitment lifecycle and ensure timely closures across ERP, Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Testing, Support, Consulting, Sales, and Corporate roles.

  • Collaborate with delivery and business leaders for demand planning, prioritization, and hiring strategy.

  • Lead, mentor, and review performance of the recruiter team.

  • Drive effective sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and talent pipelines.

  • Manage interview coordination, feedback cycles, offers, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.

  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join, pipeline health) and implement process improvements.

  • Manage recruitment vendors and ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and turnaround compliance.

  • Maintain strong candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications
