Job Title: Recruitment Manager – IT Services
Location: Work From Office
Reporting To: Head of HR / Delivery Head / Business Head
Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager will drive end-to-end hiring for diverse IT skillsets, lead the recruitment team, manage business stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality talent delivery for project-based and scale-up requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Own complete recruitment lifecycle and ensure timely closures across ERP, Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Testing, Support, Consulting, Sales, and Corporate roles.

Collaborate with delivery and business leaders for demand planning, prioritization, and hiring strategy.

Lead, mentor, and review performance of the recruiter team.

Drive effective sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and talent pipelines.

Manage interview coordination, feedback cycles, offers, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.

Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join, pipeline health) and implement process improvements.

Manage recruitment vendors and ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and turnaround compliance.

Maintain strong candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications
