Work Experience Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English.

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Lead a Shared Services testing team with team strength 10 multi-skilled testers - Automation Testers, Performance Testers and Functional Testers. 
  • Should participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team 
  • To review / execute test cases, defect reporting, test plan design, review and validate test documents, status reporting and metrics preparation 
  • Guide and mentor the Testing Team to follow the Test Process also proactively contributing to Process optimization. 
  • To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. 
  • Interact with Multiple Stakeholders from different functional areas – Platform Team, NPI Team, ETS etc. 
  • Should be able to lead the team to 100% automation. 
  • Good knowledge of BDD. 
  • Must have experience of defining QC strategies for a mid – size team. 
  • Cypress and BDD understanding
  • Automation testing (Smoke and Regression testing)
  • Good knowledge on DevOps, Performance testing.
  • Having good knowledge of testing NFRs

Requirements

• Experience with Test Management Tool – JIRA , TFS 
• Should be aware of STLC , agile methodology, CI/CD, DevOps 
• Knowledge about Performance Testing using Apache jMeter, should be able to analyze NFRs, prepare test plan, test scenarios, volumetric Analysis, test scripts 
• Worked with selenium and Java– with knowledge of POM model  
• Should possess good knowledge of Web Service Testing using Postman, SmartBear Ready API and Load Pro 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and proactive approach. 
• Good communication skills (verbal and written), cooperative, open minded, and a strong team player

Nice to have 

• ISTQB certified , prior experience of handling Team 
• Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL-TM) certification
