Sr. Python Automation Test Engineer (RARR Job 5720)

We are looking for a Python Automation Tester with strong hands-on experience in writing Python test cases and working with the pytest framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python.

• Create and maintain test cases, test data, and test suites.

• Utilize pytest for automation, test execution, and reporting.

• Identify, analyze, and report defects clearly.

• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to improving test coverage.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (added if needed).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Python scripting and coding.

• Hands-on experience with the pytest automation framework.

• Experience in debugging, logging, and exception handling in Python.

• Good understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience in automation frameworks, test design, and test planning.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools (optional—add if needed).

➕ Desired (Good to Have) Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of server-side technologies is a plus.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
