Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect with 12+ years of overall implementation experience and 8+ years in solution architecture and design. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solutioning for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CRM), ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and customer expectations.
This role requires deep product expertise combined with strong leadership capabilities to drive digital transformation initiatives, guide technical teams, and engage senior stakeholders across industries.
Key Responsibilities

Lead RFI/RFP responses, client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal solutioning.

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Dynamics 365 solutions.

Own the solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, including:

Finance
-
Supply Chain Management
-
Sales
-
Customer Service
-

Define architecture for system integrations, data migration, reporting, and security models.

Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices, standards, and delivery frameworks.

Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.

Contribute to the creation of reusable assets, templates, accelerators, and methodologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.

Mentor and upskill technical leads on new technologies and Dynamics 365 enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience implementing and managing enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.

8+ years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect.

Strong functional expertise in one or more of the following:

Hands-on working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform:
