Understand business requirements and project goals to provide technical solutions that meet customer expectations.
Design and deliver solutions aligned with architectural intent.
Develop custom SPFx solutions in SharePoint.
Create Adaptive Cards with custom designs.
Build Power Automate workflows in Teams and integrate them with other applications using APIs.
Work with SharePoint OOTB features (web parts, columns, views, 3rd party apps) in both classic and modern sites.
Lead project delivery and ensure alignment with architectural goals.
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and customers during project execution.

8–12 years of experience in IT consulting, application development, or infrastructure deployment.
Strong hands-on experience with M365/Office 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Identity, Security).
Proficient in SPFx development.
Skilled in designing and developing Adaptive Cards.
Good knowledge of SharePoint OOTB features in classic and modern sites.
Familiarity with SharePoint tools like Designer, Master Pages, Page Layouts, InfoPath.
Ability to manage multiple projects/applications simultaneously.
Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Microsoft certification is preferred.

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
