SFDC Architect (RARR Job 5590)

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with Omnistudio DataRaptor, Omnistudio FlexCards, Omnistudio OmniScript, SFIDX, Omnistudio Integration Procedures, SFI CPQ, and either SFI EPC or Ratings Engine
• Judges the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project
• Serves as the technical expert on Wipro projects focused on Salesforce.com, SFI, and the Force.com platform
• Experience Cloud experience will be a value add
• Serves as SFI subject matter expert
• Designs and implements business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically Salesforce.com
• Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing, and deployment
• Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, develop and deliver key components of technology solutions
• Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members
• Understands platform limitations and designs alternatives to work around limitations
• Identifies when business requirements conflict with technical capabilities
• Monitors technical deliverables for consistent quality and compliance with Wipro standards
• Partners with project managers to monitor project status and identify risk areas
• Performs the most advanced design and development tasks

Education and Required Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
• Some SFI experience or SFI certification(s) in SFI Insurance Cloud
• 5+ years Salesforce development experience
• 3+ years experience working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques
• 1+ year SFI Architecture experience in SFI Insurance Cloud
• Excellent communication skills, equally comfortable with crafting emails, leading whiteboard discussions with customers, or delivering technical presentations
• Business operations and process experience in the Insurance Sector
• Must be able to direct and drive development teams
• Salesforce advanced administrator, advanced developer, or technical architect certifications highly preferred
• One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (developer, administrator, sales/service, TA, etc.)
• SFI Platform Developer/Consultant certification
