Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the endtoend development lifecycle of ServiceNow custom applications including design development testing and deployment Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications Develop and maintain workflows scripts UI policies client scripts and business rules within the ServiceNow environment Collaborate with other developers and architects to integrate custom applications with existing ServiceNow modules and thirdparty systems Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom applications ensuring minimal downtime Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices and coding standards Document application design development processes and configurations for future reference and audits
