ServiceNow WSD Developer (RARR Job 5833)

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow Workspace (WSD) solutions

• Customize Agent Workspace and other workspaces using UI Builder

• Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and flows

• Build responsive and user-friendly workspace components

• Work with Flow Designer to automate processes

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems as required

• Troubleshoot and resolve workspace-related issues

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow WSD (Workspace)

• Hands-on experience with UI Builder and Agent Workspace

• Good knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)

• Experience with Flow Designer

• Understanding of ITSM processes

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Now Experience Framework

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS)

• IntegrationHub experience
