ServiceNow UI Builder Developer (RARR Job 5707)

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on ServiceNow Technical Architect / Lead with deep expertise in Custom Application Development, Integrations, and Performance Analytics. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen, leadership abilities, and a proven record of delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across global enterprise environments.

Must Have Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT industry experience.

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in NOW Platform development.

• 2+ years of experience in system integrations (REST APIs, web services, etc.).

• 2+ years of experience in Custom Application development on ServiceNow.

• Strong JavaScript skills with the ability to write optimized and maintainable code.

• Must be hands-on, capable of writing and reviewing ServiceNow scripts and configurations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Custom Applications.

• Develop dashboards, scorecards, indicators, breakdowns, and widgets tailored to business needs.

• Integrate Performance Analytics (PA) with various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.

• Define and implement KPIs, targets, and actionable insights in collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and optimized data collection strategies.

• Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, testing, and documentation.

• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, best practices, and emerging capabilities.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and consultants.

• Lead and coordinate large global teams in multi-stakeholder environments.

• Work closely with business and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and low-level designs.

Good to Have

• Exposure to ServiceNow Portal development.

• Hands-on experience with UI Builder and Workspace configurations.

Mandatory Skills

• ServiceNow – Custom App Development

• Strong scripting and integration expertise (JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST, JSON).

• Proven experience in Performance Analytics and cross-module integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certifications preferred.

• Experience working in Agile delivery models and global enterprise environments.
