· Hands-on experience in HRSD implementation.
· Strong knowledge of HR processes, HR Shared Services, and best practices.
· Experience in Case Management & Knowledge Management design.
· Exposure to designing/implementing HR Shared Service Center.
· Experience integrating external systems using REST APIs & Web Services.
· HRSD Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
Hands-on experience in standard CSM process implementation.
Strong understanding of CSM lifecycle & service operations.
Experience with integrations (Web Services, SOAP, Email, MID Server).
Knowledge of Proactive Customer Service, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics (PA), Virtual Agent (VA).
Exposure to Continual Improvement Management.
Experience in Work Order Management, Scheduling & Dispatch.
Configuration of Field Agent activities (Mobile & Desktop).
Setup of Field Service processes, assignments & add-ons.
Experience optimizing Scheduling, Dispatch & Inventory operations.
Time Recording configuration & process integrations.
Understanding of Field Service industry best practices.
