·  Hands-on experience in HRSD implementation.

·  Strong knowledge of HR processes, HR Shared Services, and best practices.

·  Experience in Case Management & Knowledge Management design.

·  Exposure to designing/implementing HR Shared Service Center.

·  Experience integrating external systems using REST APIs & Web Services.

·  HRSD Implementation Specialist certification preferred.

  Hands-on experience in standard CSM process implementation.

  Strong understanding of CSM lifecycle & service operations.

  Experience with integrations (Web Services, SOAP, Email, MID Server).

  Knowledge of Proactive Customer Service, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics (PA), Virtual Agent (VA).

  Exposure to Continual Improvement Management.

  Experience in Work Order Management, Scheduling & Dispatch.

  Configuration of Field Agent activities (Mobile & Desktop).

  Setup of Field Service processes, assignments & add-ons.

  Experience optimizing Scheduling, Dispatch & Inventory operations.

  Time Recording configuration & process integrations.

  Understanding of Field Service industry best practices.
